A new European label of solidarity finance

INAISE welcomes the decision of the European Parliament to have voted overwhelmingly in favour of a bill enabling the creation of a new label identifying European Social Entrepreneurship investment Funds (EuSEF), as well as introducing Europe-wide regulation of venture capital.

Paris Appeal for responsible microfinance- INAISE signs

In reponse to the excessive commercialisation of microfinance and the commercial derrivatives it has led to, the Paris Appeal reminds the fundamental values of the sector and proposes a series of actions meant to improve its practices and impact.

Is government regulation stiffling cooperatives? An INAISE study

In October 2011, several INAISE organisations, meeting under the Aegis of the INAISE Banking Group, asked that INAISE carry out research on the title subject.

This research, the preliminary part of which is expected to be completed on 30.12.2011, could not be more well-timed, since after all 2012 has been selected as the year of international year of cooperatives.

To date, INAISE has received information on approximately 11 countries, and is actively working on expanding this knowledge base to many, many more.
