Vision and Purpose
The vision of the Integra Venture is to support people in developing social and economic activities in order that they can become "integrity islands" and thereby contribute to an economic, social, and mental transformation of their communities.
The purpose of the Integra Venture is therefore to support and implement public utility projects, the aims of which are as follows:
- Development and protection of traditional Judeo-Christian values and their assertion in economic, social, and spiritual life of individuals and communities;
- Social and economic development of disfavoured groups;
- Development of small business of individuals as tool to decrease unemployment and create job opportunities;
- Assertion of ethical principals in business, increasing the transparency in business relationships and displacing corruption in business environment;
- Formation of companies with a systematic social impact and increasing the social and community responsibilities of the private sector.
Programs
Vision, mission, and activities of the Integra Venture have being implemented through four strategic programs of the Foundation:
- Social Enterprise – Program of Support of Small and Medium Enterprises
- Mikrofond and Market Access Program
- Corporate Social Responsibility Program
- International Development Programs
The Integra Venture is a network of 5 economic development agencies with a head office in Bratislava, Slovakia and branch offices in Russia (Moscow, Irkutsk), Bulgaria (Sofia), Serbia (Belgrade) and Romania (Oradea, and Brasov). Integra also has a representative office in Chicago.
