Background
Senfinance International member of the group Access Finance is an
institution of international solidarity, created in April 2005 by group
ITC consulting based with Bergamo (Milan) (Italy) with a representation in
Abidjan for West Africa.
Objectives and mission
Senfinance International is a structure specialized in the support,
financier and technique, with structures of saving and credit. It supports
the institutions and accelerates their growth in their providing average
policies enabling them to reinforce their capacities of social and
economic intervention with for objective promoting perennial economic
initiatives and supporting the installation of an economic and social
fabric, durable factor of development. To provide a technical aid, the
council, formation with the actors of the microfinance. To guarantee
profitability and the ethics in the development of the I.M.F. To become a
financial group by the means of resources diversified and durable by
supporting the access to the financial services of the poorest
populations.
Partners
Senfinance International works with microfinance institutions,
among which the banks of micro credit, the co-operatives, the mutual
insurance companies, Non Governmental Organizations (NGO) and decentralized
financing structures (SFD), with the private sector (interdependent
Insurances, banks, institutions of financing), of the international
organizations in order to accelerate the development of the microfinance sector. They all meet the needs for financing of small contractors,
carrying projects economically viable, but excluded from the traditional
banking circuits, fault of guarantee and own resources.
Senfinance has today an executive committee of 9 professionals. This
office is added the assistance of 12 specific consultants with specific
competences which have a good knowledge of the ground and 26 volunteers in
the whole of the countries of zone UEMOA, that is to say a total of 47
professionals working with the service of the structure.
Senfinance is given for mission of contributing to the resolution of the
problems of under development in West Africa and developing country while
placing at the disposal of the Country and Socio-professional
Organizations, the private individuals, the companies, the Nongovernmental
Organizations and the Governments, the Services: of support of council of
search for financing of social framing. Within this framework, the vision
of Senfinance is obtaining, by the applicant of services, statutory and
economic income observable for each stage of the intervention. With this
intention, the strategy of our structure is to accompany the applicant by
services in the whole of its choices in the medium and long term,
concerning the concrete objectives of the programs, the policies and the
action plans.
Objectives
- To carry out actions within the framework of the microfinance and for the local development of the structures of microfinance of under area.
- To support the Country and Socio-professional Organizations, the Nongovernmental companies, Organizations, the Governments and the private individuals, in the identification and planning of activities and adapted services and in the installation of powerful systems of management.
- To help the institutions in the implementation of plans and training schemes.
- To carry out Research-action on the abstract activities of credit in rural and urban medium, and on decentralization.
- To reinforce the capacities of durable policy of development (environment)
